I've self assigned this as I think I'm the one working I it the most.
As of now I've run bigtop smokes against non hdfs filesystems
With success , including hbase, mapred, mahout, hive,....working where
necessary to get
Changes upstream ill do an audit of bigtop head and confirm that all ecosystem
components aren't hdfs specific , and then we can close this jira as I think
bigtop is mostly hcfs compliant in the smoke testing area.
