Hi evans.  

- I see you are using docker as the provider.  if thats the case, why not have 
vagrant also do the docker build as well ?   
- I had to run everything as sudo.  that could be a docker mistake im maknig.  
Is that supposed to be a requirement?
- It seems like it was blocked.  so i went ahead and added a nohup to the {{RUN 
ssh -d}} in the Dockerfile.  
- Also upgraded my vagrant to 1.6.4

Right now, it seems to hang.  rebooted, now getting some kind of port conflict? 
 

Will hack more on it today to see whats up
