Description:
In addition to making sure the RC 08 mahout is built against hadoop 2x in
BIGTOP-1453, we also should cleanup the mahout smokes. Not as critical as
Time to clean up the mahout tests (again).
We need to revise clusterControlDataWithDirchlet and
clusterControlDataWithMeanShift - possibly delete them .
The seem to fail on mahout 9x.
we can also meanwhile move the mahout tests ouit of test-artifacts, lighten
them up, and into smoke-tests .
After all, they dont make any java api calls, so need for them to be compiled.
