How does the top level pom even work at all? Somehow magically, if i run {{mvn
deploy}} it clearly knows the right place to deploy (because it tries to push
to
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/bigtop/bigtop/0.9.0-SNAPSHOT/bigtop-0.9.0-20141008.235629-15.pom
) ... but im not sure how.
