Well, I actually agree with [~rguo] here. Given that python is listed as a
build dependency for hue (in both RPM and DEB) we have no choice but to
acknowledge that it we need to enforce its presence in our Puppet toolchain
code.
In fact, I've been meaning to update to our Puppet code with the bits required
to build Hue reliably. Here's the patch.
