indeed there are probably some tests we could run... with a custom tez
application ... we will have to fish around and see - im not knowledgable too
much on the tez API, but certainly you can directly invoke tasks through tez.
in a pinch we can use this for a test, since bt still has hive - but lets fish
around and see if we can do one better, with a real tez smoke test.
