+1 thanks [~oflebbe]  ....  Please create a follow up JIRA to add some comments 
in a follow on JIRA about these changes (for example your private repo / xxx 
substitution ).

I'll test it out tomorrow as well, but for now this is great work and Im sure 
our deb users will be very happy that they can take bigtop for a spin using 
vagrant on any linux distro.
