OK, it works well on mine environment, so, which vagrant box are you using?
I used {{puppetlabs/centos-6.5-64-nocm (virtualbox, 1.0.0)}}.
My environment:
os: windows 7
terminal emulator: cygwin
ssh client: cygwin ssh
vagrant version: 1.7.1
virtualbox version: 4.3.15
vagrant box: puppetlabs/centos-6.5-64-nocm (virtualbox, 1.0.0)
bigtop git revision: 459e663bcd403ff5f3b185e5abbc3d67dcc4df85
I don't think we supports windows neither, my though on BigTop provisioners is
that we support mainstream OS like Windows, OS X and Linux to easily have
BigTop cluster provisioned for development and testing purpose. But that
compatibility between OSs has been done by Virtualbox, Vagrant, and Docker, so
we do not put much efforts on it:)
