Release tarball contains two discrepancies with release tag:
- bigtop-1.1.0/.dockerignore
- bigtop-1.1.0/gradle.properties
The first file has to be added as a part of BIGTOP-2216; gradle.properties will
have to excluded until BIGTOP-2170 is committed
