Build/install protobuf-2.5 from source for Debian instead of using Ubuntu

Currently we use ubuntu deb to install protobuf-2.5 on debian jessie, this
patch build and install protobuf-2.5 from source for debian.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/SahilAggarwal/bigtop debian_build_protobuf
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/bigtop/pull/186.patch
