Currently we ask our user to build bigtop packages using a very long one-liner
docker command.
It can only be used with
[doc|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/BIGTOP/How+to+build+Bigtop-trunk].
Meanwhile, <tt>-u jenkins</tt> is very much confusing since we actually need
uid 1001 on the host machine instead of just having a user name jenkins.
