### Description of PR
Add JVM options for spark build to avoid StackOverflowError on Bigtop's
Jenkins.
### How was this patch tested?
On CentOS 7, arm machine
```sh
$ ./gradlew spark-clean spark-pkg
...
+ exit 0
BUILD SUCCESSFUL in 58m 35s
7 actionable tasks: 7 executed
```
I also checked that setting larger values worked.
e.g.
```
$ export MAVEN_OPTS="--Xss32g -Xmx32g -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=1g"
$ ./gradlew spark-clean spark-pkg
```
