It seems there are some conflicts exist in puppet deployment when postgre would be started twice (deploying Ranger and Ambari simultaneously). I'm +1 for your solution. And please kindly add comments in this Ambari puppet script to explain why we change the command of `initdb` here and remind users that it woud fail to deploy Ranger and Ambari simultaneously.
