This ISSUE is proposed to support ARM/X86 mixed deployment.
1. Identifies the server architecture and distributes the installation package
hadoop-XXX-x86.rpm ---> Host X86
hadoop-XXX-aarch64.rpm ---> Host ARM
2. Support Hadoop/Spark/Hbase etc.
