Update: Modified to use [systemd-tmpfiles](https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/latest/systemd-tmpfiles.html#) to prepare the /run/zookeeper directory. We can also use [dh_installtmpfiles](https://www.man7.org/linux/man-pages/man1/dh_installtmpfiles.1.html) to install tmpfile configuration file.
