### Description of PR
This PR upgrade dependencies of bigtop-data-generators and
bigpetstore-transaction-queue and fix minor issues so that they can be
successfully built.
### How was this patch tested?
[Same as bigpetstore-spark](https://github.com/apache/bigtop/pull/1330), we
have to build the com.github.rnowling.bigpetstore package and install it into
local maven repository first. After that, they should be built as follows:
```
$ cd bigtop-data-generators
$ ../gradlew clean build
(snip)
BUILD SUCCESSFUL in 10s
24 actionable tasks: 24 executed
$ cd -
$ cd bigtop-bigpetstore/bigpetstore-transaction-queue
$ ../../gradlew clean build
(snip)
BUILD SUCCESSFUL in 2m 37s
8 actionable tasks: 8 executed
```
