Thank you for driving the first release.

* Verified signature and checksum
* Ensured the source tarball is the same as the RC1-tagged source
except for .git* files
* Checked there's no licensing issue by running the following command

`docker run -it --rm -v $(pwd):/github/workspace
apache/skywalking-eyes header check`

* Ensured that source tarball is successfully built and all tests pass
* Successfully ran BM, created a cluster and deployed ZK on it by
following the English documentation (as a side note, I used PostgreSQL
instead of MySQL)

During the cluster setup process, I found some minor issues, e.g.,
some optional fields are mandatory in fact, but I think they are not
blockers and we can address them in the future release.
