### Description of PR
This PR adds Airflow settings and documents to run the BigPetStore Spark
application as a DAG.
This PR contains the same modification as #1328, so I'll rebase it once
#1328 is merged first.
### How was this patch tested?
I ensured the added DAG worked in accordance with the new section added
bigtop-bigpetstore/bigpetstore-spark/README.md.
