Attempts to download packages from the Ubuntu binary repository results in TLS
certificate errors:
net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
Steps:
1. go to https://bigtop.apache.org/download.html#releases
2. click "installable binary artificates"
(https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/bigtop/bigtop-3.4.0/repos/)
3. click on link under HTTP
(https://dlcdn.apache.org/bigtop/bigtop-3.4.0/repos/)
4. select "ubuntu-24.04/"
5. select "bigtop.list"
6. follow url inside bigtop.list
(http://repos.bigtop.apache.org/releases/3.4.0/ubuntu/24.04/)
7. get Browser error when attempting to load page
