Summary: Phoenix rpm packaging doesn't use the parentDir variable

In Phoenix rpm spec file, there are no %\{parent_dir} macro like other
component's spec files.
Therefore, Even If you specified parentDir, It will not work when you try
making phoenix rpm package.
