He means contribute to the creating of the plan, as many business might operate
in different enviroments the plan can't be specific nor exclusive. Wiki allow
for the company to contribute right away wihtout an actual 'bottle-neck'.

Contacting more companies is on growing the bizdev base, but doesnt really do
nothing more. I really don't get the '''things move easier'''. How are things
gonna move easier? I get the sense that we are talking about two different
things, one is recruting and the other is about contributing.
