I think I have a good plan for the case studies. I'm working with Adam, Jean and Christian. We're exchanging a lot of emails off-list. Right now I'm working on the case study template and the survey form. Linda also helped me with the graphics design. The survey form and template are comming along really well.
After these initial case studies, I'll move up one level. Adam has offered to hand out the form to some friendly customers, once our initial work is done. I also know someone who works for a FOSS-related company, I'll ask her. This will be the second round of case studies.
For the third round, I can look at newsletters.
