Mostly Microsoft, but OOo is seen (along with open source mail and calendaring clients) has a way to migrate to linux desktops. OOo is one of the most visible part for the user, once you free his mailing and office software it seems easier to pursue the move. Of corse it depends of the company activity and if the third party applications are binded to MS.
