IMO, there should be only one instance of "System" wiki pages. Otherwise, that brings a few problems: - user confusing - within single product user can be pointed out to global WikiFormatting page (as direct link on wiki edit page) and local WikiFormatting page from another product wiki page. If page content is different that can raise a lot of complaints. - system wiki upgrade will be complex and error-prone procedure.
