  - only running unit tests locally , and let the build engines
    take care of more expensive test runs ;)
  - if working on features for tickets then limit the local test run to
    related test cases (python setup.py -m ...) and let the build
    engines detect regressions elsewhere.

just suggestions to speed up local test runs at development time.
