It would be great if you could just create something based on what you
think would be useful, that makes it easier to provide feedback.

To get you started, for a ticket what could be interesting is:
- ID
- Summary
- Product
- Component
- Priority
- Last modified
- Assigned to
- Status
- Number of comments

... maybe more, maybe less?
