After unlocking product edit form (see #669) , I moved forward and
submitted patches aimed at fixing this issue but ... this is what I

The snapshot of that web page (recorded immediately after submitting
product fields) includes this message

Error: Invalid ticket number

Ticket 1 does not exist.

This means that it is impossible to edit product fields because the
system fails to add comment in tickets. IOW, it fails to load product
tickets by ID even if they are really there .

Can you reproduce this issue ?
Any hints ?
