Let's get started.

Let me prepare the RC, I have checked the list of pending PRs (with
Hang) and it seems that we are good to go.

It will take some time, it has been quite some time since I cut a BK
release and I have to prepare the environment.
Also, I would like to see all tests passing on my machine.
