Suppress log message about BouncyCastle in Karaf
The INFO message `BouncyCastle not registered, using the default JCE
provider`
appears in the logs, coming from Karaf's SSH server module
(org.apache.sshd.core).
Explicitly prevent sshd from registering BC to suppress the message.
