Disable testChildFailuresOnStartButWithQuorumCausesAppToSucceed
This test is failing occasionally (non-deterministically) when running `mvn
clean install`. Therefore disabling until we make it more reliable!
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/aledsage/brooklyn-server
disable-testChildFailuresOnStartButWithQuorumCausesAppToSucceed
