Delete obsolete examples
Deletes:
* `examples/global-web-fabric`
* `examples/simple-messaging-pubsub`
* `examples/simple-nosql-cluster`
* `examples/simple-web-cluster`
(as discussed on the dev@brooklyn mailing list.)
