So this gives us a WinrmTaskFactory which can be used in the same way as the
sshtaskfactory. Some generalisations of MachineLocation etc were required which
I think is a good thing.
e.g.
WinRmTasks.newWinrmExecTaskFactory(winRmMachineLocation, "my
command").runAsCommand().summary();
