Following Juan's testing I've tested Apache Brooklyn on ubuntu 23 I've
retested on Ubuntu 20, which works fine. As Ubuntu 20 is still an LTS
release I don't think that this is a release blocker and should just be
added to known issues in the release notes (and raised as an issue).

I've also tested on Amazon Linux 2, which uses a RHEL based linux, and this
worked as well. I didn't test Centos because I'm a bit confused about the
Centos release versions now and I think the fact that it work on Amazon
Linux validates the rpm.

So I think we should still go ahead with the release.
+1
