MaxMind GeoIP has been the most reliable IP geolocation toolkit that Brooklyn
supports. Unfortunately, BROOKLYN-32 (PR #140) required that we remove it from
Brooklyn core due to its use of the LGPL2.1 license.
GeoIP v2 however is available under ASL2.0, which removes the licensing
problem. We should integrate with GeoIP v2.
