Summary: copy-state command does not copy all state

The {{copy-state}} command line tool does not copy all persisted state. It
copies the catalog, enrichers, entities, feeds, locations, plane and policies
directories. It does not copy the change.log and master files, or the nodes
directory.
This is because the relevant methods in {{BrooklynLauncher}} work with
instances of {{BrooklynMementoRawData}}.
