These config files are just starting points supplied by the various
projects in docs + blogs + default installs. The files in Brooklyn are
templated versions of the common install configurations. These are files
"without any degree of creativity".
e.g. see https://developer.jboss.org/message/909912 for an example response
from the community on licensing config files.
