Looks like OSGi bundles already provide the manifest content through
`[getHeaders()](https://osgi.org/javadoc/r4v43/core/org/osgi/framework/Bundle.html#getHeaders%28%29)`.
So a nice way to fetch them would be to iterate the bundles, similarly to the
above code. This would belong in `Osgis` class, on the other hand the goto
place for catalog related code which doesn't belong elsewhere is `CatalogUtils`.
