I've found the problem @mikezaccardo referred to. The logging re
"location" is spurious, I've downgraded that message in
6648495077669378a6540d939e9d8f44a68a1ff6 . Currently when running `Main` in an
IDE you don't have the load-balancer project and so that type does not load,
and that fails the catalog load.
It's an IDE-only issue, but at least now we get sensible warnings. The
dist will be fine.
The commit above also fixes the two `YamlTime...` comments @neykov made
above.
