Failed test is unrelated to PR (we need to look at that separately!):
`org.apache.brooklyn.policy.loadbalancing.LoadBalancingPolicySoakTest.testLoadBalancingManyItemsQuickTest`.
Closing and re-opening PR to kick off build again.
