Updated Monitoring And Managing Applications document /sensors section -
based on feedback from Belfast first contact task.
9. told to 'quickly return to sensors tab' without having left it,
redundant wording should be cleaned.
10. make location of webapps reqs per second sensor explicit (there are
multiple locations)
15. point user to location of load balancer URL for validation app
deployment - also need to say that for Softlayer/Azure/GCE it may show the
internal IP in the URI. So one would have to find the public IP of the
load-balancer if trying to connect to it.
