Martin Harris created BROOKLYN-189:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Setting userMetadata prevents Windows deployments to AWS
                 Key: BROOKLYN-189
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BROOKLYN-189
             Project: Brooklyn
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Martin Harris
            Priority: Minor

For AWS deployments the userMetadata is used to provide an initialisation
script, which is required for Windows deployments in order to enable WinRM

If userMetadata is not supplied in either brooklyn.properties or in config
keys, the default userMetadata is read from WinRmMachineLocation [1]. This can
be overridden by specifying userMetadata in either brooklyn.properties or
config keys, however it's also desirable to set userMetadata that does not
relate to initialisation, e.g. "[email protected]"
