### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: Problem Summary: 当 brpc 使用 libc++ 编译时，使用当前 gdb bthread 调试脚本会出现找不到符号错误（ `_M_i`, `._M_b._M_p` 等变量），这些变量应该是来自 [libstdc++](https://github.com/gcc-mirror/gcc/blob/master/libstdc%2B%2B-v3/include/std/atomic) 实现 `std::atomic` 的中的，而当使用 [libc++](https://github.com/llvm-mirror/libcxx/blob/master/include/atomic) 时没有这些变量，所以会导致在调试时出现找不到符号错误。 ### What is changed and the side effects?
