The Apache bRPC community is glad to announce the new release
of Apache bRPC 1.17.0.

Apache bRPC is an Industrial-grade RPC framework using C++ Language,
which is often used in high performance systems such as Search, Storage,
Machine learning, Advertisement, Recommendation etc.

Brief notes of this release:
- Add SingleIOBuf for efficient FlatBuffers serialization/deserialization
- Support native Redis Cluster channel and transport layer for
protocol extensions
- Support RDMA ECE and rate-limited backup request policy
- Fix multiple use-after-free issues and ARM memory visibility
- Extend fuzz testing coverage and improve Protobuf compatibility
