FlatBuffers ON now runs in CI. The remaining failure, FB ON (ubuntu-22.04, cmake, clang), comes from master: in C++14 builds, cacheline-aligned pools are allocated with plain `new` without `-faligned-new`, and with Clang 14 this crashes client connects in `Socket::ResetFileDescriptor`.
