I've tested on Linux (Ubuntu 12.04) both CRuby 1.8.7 and JRuby 1.6.7 and Windows 7. The only problem I've faced is compiling RJB on Windows due to https://github.com/arton/rjb/issues/7 so I'm tempted to upgrade to RJB 1.4.0 for the release. Any objections?
