That should be possible now via

      pom.scm_url = "..."
      pom.scm_connection = pom.scm_developer_connection = "..."
      pom.url = "..."

And the same with the issue tracker

      pom.issues_url = "..."
      pom.issues_system = "..."

Is there anything else that needs to be added? Or does the above not
cover all the bases?
