Hi, I'm pleased to announce Apache BVal 3.0.0
This is the first Jakarta based version with all the code migrated to the new namespace. This version passes the TCK 3.0.1 for Jakarta EE 9. The feature gap for Jakarta EE 10 looks minimal as far as the plan review shows. So it should require less effort to implement it. Thanks everyone for working on it and for voting.
