Hey all,
I'm excited to start a VOTE for Apache BVal 3.0.1. Note that I am not a
PMC member and solely acting as a release manager doing the manual work.
When this vote is successful a PMC member will finish this release. This
is a rather small release, bringing mainly dependency upgrades and is
tested to run on Java 17 as well as 21.
