Thanks a lot for the introduction, Michael and Julian. It is a great honor
to become a Calcite committer. Looking forward to continuing contributing
to the project.

As Julian and Michael mention, I've been actively working on open source
projects like Calcite, Flink and AthenaX (which both use Calcite). In
Calcite, I've been mainly working on adding new features/fixing bugs in
core and the new DDL support.

I am also interested in speaking in conference/meetup. I would definitely
be happy to help present and advocate Calcite in conference/meetup. Please
Let me know what I can help and what the process is :)
