I'd like to kick off a discussion on enhancing bitwise functions in calcite. Bitwise functions are non-standard operator, but most of DBs have implemented. So I made some comparisons with some major DBs to discuss what kind of bitwise functions need to be supported in calcite. I built an umbrella jira[1] for this.
